A story family
1913 : : René BIGOT, my grandfather opened a bakery opposite the Amboise Castle. For 50 years in the bakery, it makes a delicious bread and Julia keeps the accounts with check marks.
1963 : : Their daughter, Renee (my mother), took over the bakery and continues courageously the work of his parents.
1973 : : The bakery is transformed into a cozy tea room, the activity “Chocolatier” develops and the house takes another dimension to accommodate the clientele of regulars and tourists increasingly numerous.
1983 : : my mother Renee tells me the precious home … and my grandmother encouraged me, saying:
